Entec produces a standard hydrostatic tester, which is incorporated as a component to the turnkey pipe manufacturing system.
This is a fully automated machine to clamp the pipe, screw caps or plugs on, fill, test, and empty. This machine can be used for quality control production tests, short term burst tests, and short term cyclic pressure testing. Tensile loading of the pipe can be done in connection with the hydrostatic pressure test.
