Gel Coating Systems

Smooth Finish

Gel coating is the process that allows the finishing of a composite to a fine, smooth surface. This process provides a cosmetically appealing completed composite.

Entec has developed, in close cooperation with Loctite, a new machine designed to utilize UV cure resin systems for finish applications. The machine generally has a cure cycle of approximately one minute.

Infra-red gel racks are also available.
